It will look a bit like cottage cheese but it will smooth out once you whisk the egg in.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Beat the egg and vanilla extract in the butter mixture until you get a smooth batter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the dry ingredients and mix well.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cut the strawberries into small cubes (cutting frozen strawberries is easy, just watch your fingers), and then fold into batter.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cut parchement paper to fit the glass plate in the microwave.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">make 4 equal &laquo;dots&raquo; of batter and spread them out a little to biscuit size (think digestive). IMPORTANT: No less than 4 in the micro at the same time, otherwise they burn easily!<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Put the parchement paper on the glass plate and bake at 800W for 90 seconds. Keep a close eye!<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Repeat and let the cookies cool on a rack.
