with a recipe for mini pizza crust in the microwave!<\/span> <span title=\"\">This gave us an idea and the experiment continued!<\/span> <span title=\"\">The end<\/span> <span title=\"\">result<\/span><span title=\"\">?<\/span> <span title=\"\">A totally and insanely good low-carb naan, that is so easily made that it almost makes itself.<\/span>\u00a0We never use recipes when we make g<span title=\"\">arlic butter, but<\/span>\u00a0<span title=\"\">If you require one, <a href=\"https:\/\/cafedelites.com\/easy-garlic-butter-recipe\/\">this one<\/a> is good. <\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"\" title=\"\">Do not despair if you don&#8217;t own a microwave oven, you can pre bake them in the oven, as described in the recipe!<\/span> <span class=\"\" title=\"\">I&#8217;ll probably bake a whole load of these later to freeze (without the last steps, we&#8217;ll add garlic butter and spices when re heated to we get the fresh feel). You substitute this with 30 g more almond flour. We do however highly recommend the sesame flour, also in other low carb recipes, because of it&#8217;s unique taste, texture and baking properties.<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 egg<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">50 g shredded cheese<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbs (about 20 g) sour cream<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">30 g almond flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">20 g fat reduced sesame flour (see link in main text)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp powdered physillum husk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 &#8211; 2 tsp Sukrin Gold (or other sweetener of choice)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbs garlic butter (for topping)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Drizzle of coriander (for topping &#8211; optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat oven to 220\u00b0C\/430\u00b0F grill program (or 180\u00b0C\/340\u00b0F over and under heat if you are not using microwave to make the pre-bake the naans.)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add cheese, apple cider vinegar, sour cream and eggs in a food processor or similar. Pulse until smooth.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add sesame flour, almond flour, baking powder, physillum and sweetener and mix well &#8211; (Remember to scrape the bowl so that everything is evenly mixed).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Divide the dough into two or three and do following to each portion:<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cut a parchment to fit on the glass plate in your microwave.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Put some oil on your hands and shape the bread directly on the parchment paper.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Put in the microwave at full effect for 90 seconds. (If you do not use a microwave oven, fry them on the middle rack for about 10 minutes &#8211; then turn the temperature up to 220\u00b0C\/430\u00b0F grill program).<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Melt garlic butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds and brush on bread. Sprinkle on some coriander or other herbs if desired.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Put the naans on a baking tray and bake for 2-5 minutes at the top rack of the oven.
